HOW THE SPRING ENERGIE AQUATIC IS MADE
The Spring Energy Aquatic is made up of a board with a footprint of 85 cm x 38 cm, in the land version it is 12 cm high, in the aquatic version, having inserted the suction cups at the feet, the height becomes 15 cm.
The board is housed on springs that allow for a tilting and therefore a very interesting proprioceptive and balance training, which becomes even more effective in water.
The board is covered with a non-slip material and the tool has a weight of about 8 kg.
The instructor who faces the aquatic workout on the edge of the uses the Spring Energy without suction cups for greater stability. The suction cups can in fact be unscrewed and the tool can therefore also be used on land.
